Biography
Nadia leads the employment practice. She advises employers on contracts and policies, restructuring, workplace investigations and the disputes that sometimes follow, and represents them in the Industrial Court.
She joined the firm as a partner in 2018 after several years as in-house employment counsel to a regional group, an experience that shapes her advice: practical, aware of how decisions are actually made inside a business, and focused on getting the process right before anything is announced.
Nadia also advises senior executives on service agreements and negotiated exits, where discretion matters as much as the terms.
